Up betimes to travel to Tura Beach to pay a visit to an aged relative of Mrs P (not "the aged P" from Great Expectations).
Then back to Wallagoot via Lake Wallagoot and the surprisingly named "Hobart Beach Campground".
The capital city of Tasmania, Hobart, was named after Robert Hobart, the 4th Earl of Buckinghamshire. Maybe this campground was too?
This was followed by a visit to Nelson Beach in the Mimosa Rocks National Park north of Tathra; a very attractive location.
Sightseeing done, we headed to the Tathra Beach Bowling Club universally known locally as "the Bowlo" for a very satisfying evening meal.
Unfortunately, there is no "happy hour" nor meat tray raffle on Wednesdays but the Prop's lamb shank and vegetables went very nicely with a "double" glass of Shiraz.
Perfick!

The women in pink at the bowlo interests me. Is she wearing her pavlova (or perhaps pavlovo in in these parts?) dessert on her head?
Almost certainly wearing a dessert of some kind on her head - it is the Bowlo after all!
Never thought of the Prop as a minaret.
